Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’ve received a wrong item or a faulty product, we’re happy to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Return an Item 

  1. Email us at support@sweetlashes.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos of the item received.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid postage label via email. 

    • Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

  3. Drop off the package at your nearest Australia Post location or mailbox.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

    • Ship the correct item to you if it’s in stock, or

    • Issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable

Return Shipping Costs

  • For wrong or faulty items, we cover the return shipping—you’ll receive a free prepaid return label.

  • For any other return type not approved in advance, shipping costs will not be covered.

Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on items that have already been shipped, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our lash and beauty products.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a refund. A 5% transaction fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable Shopify/PayPal processing charges.
