Booking Fee

Booking Fee for eyelash extension appointment which gets deducted from your service total due at the time the service is provided at Sweet Lashes Australia.

A $20 Booking Fee is required to secure your appointment with Sweet Lashes Australia. Any changes or cancellations to your booking are required at least 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Changes or cancellations made within 48hrs of your appointment time may result in your booking fee being forfeited. No Shows will forfeit their booking fee. A booking confirmation will be emailed or texted to you once your booking & booking fee is finalised. 

If a 48-hour notice is given, the appointment can be rescheduled and the booking fee will then be held and will come off the service total at the time of service. For cancellation that is made at least 48hrs prior to your appointment time, booking fee can be refunded. However, an additional transaction fee of 5% will be incurred. This is because Shopify/Paypal transaction fees aren’t returned to us when a refund is issued.  

By paying your booking fee with us, you agree to all these terms.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped.

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
